Providing project planning and management for established initiatives
Ensure ITIL processes are implemented for success and consistency – good working knowledge of Incident, problem, change, release management processes
Coordinate with various departments to work together according to business process requirements
Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Hold regular technical team and customer meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
Act as a point of contact for the Operational escalations, discuss and plan to resolve Issues.
Drive all the Infrastructure Initiatives and coordinate with all the other departments to meet the timelines
Coordinate with onsite team to execute and track all the projects and Operations as well.
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Build metrics and present to the management
Monitor all critical matters and ensure compliance to guideline to achieve all goals
Identify new opportunities and help to grow the account.
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
Ability to work under stringent SLA driven environment.
