Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer feedback.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field (inbound voice process).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

4. SHIFT TIMING : Male -7:00 am To 12:30 am +(night shift)

Female - 7:00 am to 8:30 pm

5. WEEK-OFF : 5 days working and 2 days off (Rotational)
