Sutherland is hiring for International Voice Process (customer service)

*Shift Timings: 5 Days working with 24*7 Rotational Shifts and 2 Rotational Off.

*Salary: 18000 to 30000.

*HSC or Graduate freshers can apply.

*1 year of international BPO experience can also apply.

*Immediate Joiners can apply.

*Need experience in International Bpo of minimum 1 year on paper.

*The Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

*Be a Communication Master: Utilize your excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with customers over various channels. Problem-Solving Pro: Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. Embrace Flexibility: Work within a rotational schedule, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 exceptional service.

*Who You Are: A passionate and articulate individual with a genuine desire to help others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency will be great. A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

*Bonus Points: Experience with customer service or technical support in voice will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic and manage performance KPIs.
