Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person (On Field).

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

Identify and troubleshoot technical problems related to operating systems, network connectivity, and application performance.

Troubleshoot & Resolve the Email, Calendar, O365, Goggle workspace issue,

Create & Configure Domain profile and set permission policy as instructed by team

Take necessary data backup before formatting the device and recheck with end user.

Checklist the application, drivers & Policy apply before formatting the system.

Troubleshoot the issue on time and update to team if not get resolve in time.

Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.

Monitor Sever health & Firewall uptime tatus on regular interval

Duley update in & out to reporting manager.

Follow up with users to ensure issues get resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Make call completion report once issue get resolve and update to Reporting Manager.

Attend the Training to improve the skill & Knowledge

Take guidance from team on complex issue.
