Role & responsibilities Minimum 1 year experience of Chat in call centers, Ability to assimilate customer-first, empathetic and empowering cultural tone. Strong English proficiency required to analyze customer core concerns and provide tailored solutions. Ability to type grammatically correct sentences in English at 40 words per minute. Capable of handling up to two customer inquiries at once. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any stream• You should have strong verbal & written English communication skills to provide a Professional & competent standard of customer service support • You should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you can adjust efficiently to changing priorities.• You are expected to read & understand customer communication (English Language) and draft a response error free in a format as specified by the process. *Immediate Joiner Preferred*
