We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Wealth Management to join our team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with an onshore Product Owner and our offshore development team, working from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at managing wealth management products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of product capabilities with business objectives.

• Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to grasp the product vision and roadmap



• Accurately identify product capabilities, features, and functions



• Develop and define Epics and stories, including success criteria



• Elaborate stories, focusing on business logic and expected outcomes



• Prioritize product scope, capabilities, Epics, and Stories effectively



• Provide informed feedback during sprint review demos



• Track and ensure incorporation of feedback into the product backlog



• Participate actively in incident triaging



• Serve as the primary contact for business-related queries and clarifications



• Conduct application user testing following production deployments



• Organize necessary test data for the development team



• Assist with Scrum master duties as needed

• 12 to 15 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the financial services sector



• Knowledge of Wealth Management



• Strong business acumen with an ability to provide both business and end-customer perspectives



• Proficiency in SQL for generating and managing database queries



• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills



• Proven attention to detail



• Capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
