Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients and provide information about products/services.
• Sales Generation: Identify and qualify leads, convert them into sales, and meet monthly targets.
• Product Knowledge: Understand product offerings in detail and explain them clearly to customers.
• Customer Support: Address client queries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow-up: Follow up on leads and potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Data Entry & CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer records, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Suggest suitable add-ons or upgrades to customers based on their requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to achieve company goals and targets.
