Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Mumbai (Vikroli)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: UK/US Rotational shift

Qualification: Graduation

Eligibility: 0.6 months - 1 year exp candidates

Salary: From 2.5 LPA - 2.75 LPA

Responsibility:

Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation and restoration.

Comfortable with Work from office

Flexible to work in Rotational shift including Night shift

Should be within the boundary

Cab facility provided both ways

NP - Immediate to 15 days

Preferred Candidates Profiles:

* Candidate should be comfortable with the US Shift

* Candidate should have a good knowledge of troubleshooting
