• MS Office, SQL, Advanced Excel, SQL Server.
• Requirement Gathering, Inter Team Coordination
• Strong Verbal and Written communication
• IT professional with an analytical frame of mind.
• Good in conducting primary and secondary research.
• Customer Interaction, Handling Customer concern, Post Service.
• Generating weekly and monthly MIS Reports, Reading mails and sending mails.
• Handling customer queries, making reports, receiving calls, reporting to the manager.
• Troubleshooting Customer issues over the call using Excel functions.
• Preparation of Charts & dashboards by using critical formulas in Advanced Excel.
• Produce descriptive statistic reports using graphs with the filtered data (Pivots) in MS-Excel and present the reports in MS-Power point.
• To do the comparative analysis & document the reports for the higher management using functions.
• Playing vital role for preparing Monthly Review Data.Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
