PTP:

• Should have good Accounts Payable Knowledge and experience in AP
• Good Communication Skills
• Well versed with MS Office & should have knowledge in P2P cycle
• Invoice processing, (2 way & 3 way matching)
• Should have good typing speed & attention to detail
• Should have exposure of international accounting i.e. VAT, W8 and W9
• Efficient query management and resolution as defined by the Process
• Escalation to the supervisor for issues that cannot be handled basis materiality
• Prepare process related reports Prioritization of tasks e.g. escalated query handling
• Resolve queries having Inter team dependencies e.g. Invoice Status, Payments etc.

RTR:

• Relevant industry experience in "Record to Report / GL domain.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, Journal Entries and Reconciliation- Inter- Company, SGA Revenue & Inventory, Fixed Assets & Closing and reporting
• Able to handle tasks allocated independently as per the specific client process and ensures compliance in terms TAT and accuracy after training
• SAP knowledge preferred & Excel knowledge required
