We are looking for a high-performing National Sales Manager to meet customer acquisition targets.
This is an individual contributor role who will be responsible for CXO level engagement and acquisition of Fortune 500 clients pan India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the organizational sales objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets and business objectives.
Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Proven track record of success in sales management
Prior experience in closing large deals
