Contributing to project planning, to ensure quality-relevant requirements are considered from the sales phase.
Analyzing customer quality requirements to meet their expectations.
Developing, controlling, and ensuring the implementation of a quality plan (including quality assurance measures such as review, test, validation, etc) for the project, derived from the existing QM system and agreed upon with the organization, customer, partners, and suppliers.
Developing, controlling, and ensuring the implementation and improvement of a project-specific QM system documented in the project quality plan.
Ensuring cross-functional cooperation with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and relevant suppliers to achieve quality business goals.
Managing non-conformances (NC) in the project.
Supporting supplier qualification process in the project according to corporate guidelines (ready for business).
Conducting quality inspections, acceptance tests and complaint investigations at suppliers premises and project sites.
Implementing and controlling quality methods and product safety risk management in processes, projects, and products (8D, RCA, Q-Gates etc).
Driving the development of digital solutions related to project quality to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
Promoting continuous improvement through management of lessons learned in the project.
Ensuring the implementation and improvement of project quality reporting as an integrated part of project reporting.
Initiating training for project employees regarding quality methods and processes.
Enhancing project quality reporting, including Management Review.
Implementing and adapting communication to ensure understanding and awareness of specific quality topics.
Managing quality-specific external communication with customers and external authorities.
Ensuring the implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the project according to the overall quality strategy and local regulations.
Executing the audit program (including certification where applicable) and assessments for the project.
Desired Skills:
A minimum of 7-8 years as a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager in projects, preferably in the railway domain.
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or an equivalent field.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification.
Proficiency in applying quality tools and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
Experience of working in a project environment with cross-country collaboration.
Exposure to customer handling and management reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in complex environments and independently handle unstructured business problems.
Knowledge of project related IRIS (rev. 4) requirements preferred.
