We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in HR with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as per business needs.
