If youre an experienced Site Reliability Engineer, join our Pune team and be a key player in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our clients systems across the EMEA regions. As an SRE, youll combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving and exceptional customer relationship skills. Your focus will be on designing and implementing scalable, reliable systems to provide maximum reliability for our customers. Youll be instrumental in maintaining the high availability of our On-Premises and AWS environments, reducing operational overhead, and delivering cost-effective solutions. As an SRE, you should have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux system administration to excel in this role. Youll be responsible for deploying custom builds after development and testing cycles, participating in testing if needed, installing cloud-native infrastructure and applications in new environments, and troubleshooting and resolving environmental issues. Cloud operations, including application deployments with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, operating system patching, and maintenance. Monitoring and Alerting: Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to anomalies and potential problems. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Contribute to the development of Infrastructure as Code scripts and templates for managing infrastructure resources. Optimizing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): Facilitate post-incident reviews and ensuring IT procedures and development guideline documents are updated accordingly.
