Role Objective

To process client data accurately and in accordance with client procedures and using specialist domain expertise as required in order to meet the SLAs.

This role reports to a Team Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Working in a team you will be responsible for working all the HR/Payroll processes depending on what's assigned to you
• To query appropriately in the absence of complete information with the line manager or requestor
• Ensure that work in your personal in tray is processed within the client determined TAT
• Do a daily check of pending items to follow up on outstanding
• To raise query with the Leaders appropriately when no replies received on repeated reminders to managers for additional information
• To pick emails proactively from OSC inbox, index them and work on them
• To ensure all relevant cases are processed before cut off, so they are included in the payroll run in a timely manner.
• To organize individual folders and ensure deletion of data after specified time periods
• To keep abreast of daily/ regular updates within the process provided by Team Leaders & received over emails from clients
• Ensure timely escalation of any system related issues
• Ensure timely escalation of work volumes when unmanageable
• To provide suggestions and ideas and continually strive to help streamlining of processes
• To assist other team members in knowledge transfer when cross training of members
• To assist in classroom training and on job training for newcomers
• Avoid unplanned absence and as far as possible ensure minimum FTE requirement is met on a daily basis
