1. Executive - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Oversee payroll management.
• Handle grievances and retention efforts for blue-collar employees.
• Conduct employee engagement activities.

Preferred

• Experience managing both blue-collar and management-level employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills for employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with payroll management and statutory compliances.

2. Field Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Biker roles through job boards, social media, job fairs, and referrals.
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications related to Biker positions.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for Biker roles.
• Manage the entire offer process, including negotiations and onboarding for Bikers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and meet hiring targets for Biker manpower.

Preferred

• Experience using various job portals for sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in volume and bulk hiring.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
