We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, demonstrating success in crafting and implementing long-term sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and converting leads into loyal clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of business growth and cultivating lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement long-term sales strategies tailored to the IT industry.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
Lead Conversion & Management:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Implement effective lead conversion strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Communicate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
Sales Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and present accurate sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts.
Leverage CRM systems and data analytics tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's is a plus).
4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the IT industry.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in lead conversion and strategy development.
Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
