Job Summary: Medas Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Java Developer to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development teams, a deep understanding of EMR/HIS systems, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of software development projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the software development team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and client representatives.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in software development and healthcare IT.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the project team.
Manage project resources, including allocation, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and optimize processes.
Ability to manage the project cost within the allocated budget and resources.
Experience Required: 10 + years
Qualification: MSc Computer Science / B Tech Computer Science / Engineering / BSc in Information Technology
