Job Overview: As a Marketing Research Executive, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and lead generation strategies across various digital channels. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing them, and assisting with optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, developing, and executing lead generation campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.). Research target markets and audience segments to generate qualified leads. Support content creation for lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, whitepapers, etc.). Use digital marketing tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize lead generation efforts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals. Conduct competitive research and analysis to improve campaign performance. Help manage and grow the companys CRM database by segmenting leads based on behavior and demographics. Monitor and report on campaign metrics and KPIs (such as CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead). Assist in A/B testing of landing pages and emails to enhance lead conversion. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, etc.). Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn new tools and marketing strategies. Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing is a plus.
