We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Message Service and Java. This role is hybrid with no travel required. The Sr. Developer will contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and Java Message Service.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement and maintain best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes and testing.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Ensure that all software developed is secure and adheres to industry standards.

Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Java and Java Message Service.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Show proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is desirable.
