4. Test Case Prioritization (Test Cases that we can execute without any dependency and test cases we can execute with the support from SME)

5. Baseline Automation Candidates for Minimum Viable Automation

Tool Stack Baseline & Configuration

6. Create an Automation Strategy for Minimum Viable Automation

7. Periodic reviews and documentation

8. Minimum Viable Automation- Demo and approach for broader coverage in test automation

9. Test Execution Reports/Weekly Status Reports/Closure Reports.
