Job Summary: Oracle VBCS and OIC Consultant (App Dev Engineer III)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience Required: 5-10 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade web applications using Oracle VBCS.
• Build dynamic UI components, implement business logic, and enhance applications with Oracle JET and custom components.

2. Integration Development & Design:

• Integrate Oracle SaaS (e.g., Subscription, AR, SCM) with VBCS using REST APIs.
• Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging SOAP, REST APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Cloud adapters.
• Implement integration patterns (real-time, batch, hybrid) for processes like O2C, P2P, and R2R.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Design API-based integrations using Oracle API Gateway and OIC.
• Configure adapters and implement security measures like OAuth and SSL.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform data transformations, and manage error handling.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work with functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Align integration solutions with Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations and business needs.

5. Testing & Documentation:

• Conduct unit, performance, and end-to-end testing for integrations.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and provide knowledge transfer and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Technical Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , Oracle VBCS and Oracle JET
• Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle API Gateway, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
• Strong integration experience with on-premise systems, third-party SaaS platforms, and Oracle Cloud applications.

2. Integration Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with ERP, CRM, and HCM systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integration with Fusion is a plus.

3. Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle VBCS and related technologies.
• 5 + years of experience in Oracle OIC with 2-3 end-to-end integration implementations.
• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is desirable.

4. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to mentor junior developers and manage multiple projects simultaneously
