Job Summary:
The Senior Consultant Facility Administration is responsible for overseeing and optimizing facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing vendor relationships, and enhancing workplace efficiency. The role requires strategic planning, process improvements, and leadership to drive operational excellence across company facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management & Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement policies for facility usage, space planning, and workplace management.
• Optimize facility layouts to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with facility service providers, including security, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Manage procurement processes for facility-related services and supplies.

Budgeting & Cost Optimization

• Identify areas for cost savings through process improvements and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee energy management and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational expenses.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with local and international facility management regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and oversee emergency response and business continuity plans.

Workplace Strategy & Employee Experience

• Implement workplace solutions that enhance productivity and employee well-being.
• Oversee office relocations, renovations, and space utilization planning.
• Address employee concerns regarding facility-related issues and ensure a smooth work environment.
