Configuring and maintaining the system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Monitoring system performance network security to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
Providing technical support when requested.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Setting up and maintaining network services and hardware, including installation
Monitoring and maintaining network security policies and procedures.
Managing and controlling hardware resources, including hardware failures
Installing and implementing effective security applications.
Implementation of network firewall
Implementing data backup and retrieval procedures as and when required.
Should have knowledge of overseeing hardware support, implementing security systems
Knowledge about installing hardware and software upgrades
Proven experience in IT support and operations management.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MAC, Google Workspace, Office 365, and
antivirus software.
5+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
