We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between potential clients and our technical teams. As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth requirements analysis, gaining a thorough understanding of project needs, and meticulously documenting processes.Your primary focus will be on pre-sales activities, including requirement elicitation, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring alignment between client requirements and our technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of processes and applications
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential clients, understand their business requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that align with client needs and organizational capabilities.
Develop and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and other pre-sales collateral.
Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and contribute to creating compelling proposals
Work closely with clients and US team to gather, analyze, and document requirements for mid-scale and large-scale projects
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), feature listings, Statements of Work (SOW), and flow diagrams
Utilize wireframing tools and project management tools to streamline the development process
Desired Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the web design and development industry, specifically with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce projects
Expertise in e-commerce requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for small-scale, mid-scale, and large-scale projects
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical clients
Proficiency in wireframing tools and project management tools.
A confident and self-assured communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information to clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
