: Fx31Labs is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the digital marketing domain. You will be involved in a variety of digital marketing activities such as SEO, social media management, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising. This fresher role comes with the potential for a full-time position after the training period.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing the companys presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and scheduling posts.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Learn and implement SEO strategies to improve the organic search rankings and traffic to the company’s website.
Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
Email Marketing: Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
Paid Advertising: Learn how to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing concepts.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Ads is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and writing skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Eagerness to learn new skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
