We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer expert in ITAM. to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist with a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) Foundation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and optimizing SAM capabilities in ServiceNow, integrating Service Graph Connectors for tools like Tanium, jmaf, MS Intune and SCCM , SaaS provider integrations, entitlement provider integrations managing license compliance, optimization, and vendor audits.



Key Responsibilities:



ServiceNow ITAM Implementation and Management

Implement and manage ITAM solutions in ServiceNow with a primary focus on HAM and SAM Foundation.

Configure, customize, and optimize the SAM module to manage software licenses and compliance.

Develop workflows, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization and risks.

Integration Expertise

Configure and integrate Service Graph Connectors for tools like Tanium, Tanium, jmaf, MS Intune and SCCM, SaaS provider integrations, Entitlement provider integrations and other related platforms.

Ensure seamless data synchronization and create effective solutions to enhance asset discovery and tracking.

Collaborate with security and operations teams to align asset management data with organizational needs.



Software License Management

Conduct thorough software license audits and manage compliance.

Optimize software license utilization to minimize cost and risks.

Monitor and manage licensing agreements, renewals, and vendor relationships.



Process and Governance

Develop solution based on ITAM policies, processes, and best practices.

Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow ITAM and SAM functionalities.

Stay updated with ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in configuring and managing ITAM/SAM modules in ServiceNow.

Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Service Graph Connectors for Tanium, Qualys, and other discovery tools.

Software Licensing: Strong knowledge of software licensing models (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) and compliance requirements.

Discovery Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and related asset discovery methodologies.

Scripting: Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (preferred).

Experience:

5+ years of experience in ITAM, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow SAM implementations.

Experience in enterprise-grade SAM projects, including compliance audits and optimization strategies.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

Education and Certification:

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

ServiceNow ITAM/SAM Certification (preferred).

ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
