Job Summary:

Genisys is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2+ years specializing in U.S. IT recruitment. You should possess a solid understanding of the recruitment process and demonstrate proficiency in sourcing top-tier IT professionals across various technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, negotiating, and placing candidates for IT positions within the Domestic & U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for roles within the domestic & U.S. market.
• Compensation Negotiation: Leverage your expertise in negotiating salaries and compensation packages, ensuring alignment with client expectations and market standards.
• Offer Extension & Placement: Extend offers to select candidates and oversee a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Referral Solicitation: Actively encourage referrals from candidates and clients for additional qualified IT professionals.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and social media platforms to source candidates. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and qualifications.
• Effective Use of Internal Systems: Maintain accurate recruitment data in internal systems and databases throughout the hiring process.
• Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and employees to ensure high satisfaction and engagement during the recruitment process.
• Quality Submissions & Negotiations: Focus on providing quality candidate submissions and leading salary negotiations to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction.
• Active & Passive Sourcing: Conduct both active and passive searches to identify top talent across various channels to meet challenging job requirements.
• IT Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry terminology to effectively assess candidates and communicate job requirements.
• Negotiation Skills: Utilize strong negotiation skills to agree on competitive compensation packages and benefits.
• US Recruitment Process Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the U.S. IT recruitment process, including W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, and H1B Transfers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of IT Recruitment experience with minimum 1 year into US IT recruitment, ideally within the software services or technology domain.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology, with familiarity in key development languages, platforms, and frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both clients and candidates.
• Recruiting Cycle Expertise: Proven experience managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, including screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, and extending offers.
• Education: A technical graduate (B.E / Bsc computer science)
