for the role of US IT Recruiter- Direct Client.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruiting or technical staffing, covering both contract and permanent hiring models.
- Experience working with W2, 1099, and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) employment types.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience working with direct clients such as FINRA, NJM, Moodys, Nasdaq, and Banking Finance clients.
- Strong background in working with VMS/MSP models like Fieldglass, IQNavigator, and Beeline.
- Solid understanding of tax terms: W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099.
- Adept knowledge of work authorizations/visas: USC, GC, EADs, H1B, and H1B transfer processes.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, closures, and ongoing candidate management.
- Proficiency in various technologies, including backend, frontend, databases, programming languages, AI, ML, data science, and DevOps.
- Good experience in engineering roles like Construction space and full-time roles.
- Someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for innovation, and openness to new challenges.
- Passionate about recruiting and motivated by incentives, not just seeking a 7 to 4 salary-driven job.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates, conduct interviews, and present them to clients.
- Strong negotiation skills for salary and rate discussions with candidates and clients.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and understand their technical requirements.
Knowledge of Immigration & Compliance:
- Basic understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, US Citizen) and the related immigration process in hiring.
