Were seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating UI/UX wireframes, and ensuring quality through testing and validation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and documentation that development teams can effectively implement
Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups to visualize solutions and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and development teams
Conduct research on technical modules and solutions to support decision-making and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives
Develop and execute test cases to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Facilitate communications between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and document complex business processes
Experience creating technical specifications, user stories, and process documentation
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical concepts
Nice to Have
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Basic understanding of programming concepts and database structures
Experience in test case creation and execution
Knowledge of relevant industry domain
