Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
- Help with the onboarding process, including documentation and induction sessions.
Employee Engagement:
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance workplace culture.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist with payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
- Support in drafting HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing related reports.
General Support:
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of HR operations.
Desired Profile:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
