About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The position offers a potential permanent role within the company based on performance, providing a fast-track pathway to launch your HR career.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Support:
Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely follow-ups.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist with interview scheduling.
2. Onboarding & Orientation:
Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires.
Support new employee orientation sessions and ensure completion of required documentation.
Assist with updating and maintaining employee records in the HR system.
3. Employee Engagement:
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Help distribute and analyze employee feedback surveys.
Assist with initiatives that promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
4. HR Administration:
Maintain and organize HR files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Assist with updating and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
5. Learning & Development:
Support the coordination of training sessions and development workshops.
Track attendance and gather feedback from participants.
Assist with researching and implementing development programs for employees.
6. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Any prior HR internship experience or coursework is a plus.
