We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional financial services.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to support business operations.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and validations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.

Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current procedures and best practices.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Support the Consumer Lending Cards & Payments teams with data-driven insights and analysis.

Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and new tools or processes.

Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide timely and accurate information.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process enhancements and business strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all tasks.

Utilize MS Excel to create complex formulas pivot tables and charts for data visualization.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.

Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

Exhibit good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferably have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments.
