Talent Acquisition Intern
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Create and manage job description
s and postings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates. - Enhance the employer brand by promoting the organization across professional networks.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and consultants when necessary.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to organizational policies and employment laws.
- Handle candidate documentation and onboarding formalities effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
