Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred

12 to 15 years of experience in technology, automation, and development lifecycles

Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and engaged in large-scale programs and teams globally.

Strong knowledge of automation technologies backed with certifications in AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams

Career Level - IC5

Detailed Requirements:

12 to 15 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 5 to 8 end-to-end implementations that includes at least 3 projects in a Technical Architect capacity.

In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in HCM Cloud application and Oracle EBS / PeopleSoft AU (HRMS).

Expert knowledge & working experience in HCM Cloud Conversions, integrations, Reporting.

Strong working experience in Fusion technologies like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports.
