Oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.
Lead teams in Java-based projects while optionally integrating front-end technologies like Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, and product owners) to align technical solutions with business goals.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and project management frameworks.
Proactively manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and roadblocks.

Mandatory:
Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs).
Optional:
Familiarity with Angular (Angular 8 and above) for frontend development.
Exposure to full-stack development environments.
Tools and Platforms:
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
