Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and pain points.
Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to drive Salesforce Lightning Cloud implementations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize business needs.
Analyze current systems and processes to propose optimized solutions in Salesforce Lightning.
Translate product owner requirements into technical requirements for the squad to execute.
Salesforce Configuration & Customization
Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure effective customization and configuration of Salesforce Lightning Cloud features.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the design of workflows, reports, dashboards, and process automations.
Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business goals and maximize user adoption.
Process Mapping & Optimization
Map current business processes and propose process improvements using Salesforce Lightning.
Lead process re-engineering efforts to streamline workflows and increase efficiency through Salesforce Cloud solutions.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop test plans and execute UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Coordinate with users to ensure new features meet business needs and function as expected.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised during testing.
Training & Support
Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions for Salesforce Lightning Cloud users.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation to ensure effective usage of Salesforce features.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams for ongoing system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Project Management & Reporting
Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on project milestones and outcomes.
