We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academy Leader to drive our teams efforts in transforming the Data-Tech-AI workforce and revolutionizing our solutions. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to educate and empower our teams, developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies for workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

  Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive programs focused on data-tech-AI skills, equipping employees with the knowledge and skill sets aligned with our goals and objectives .

  Collaborate with leaders across the business to evaluate skills gaps and determine the desired learner level for different segments.

  Design learning solutions, leveraging internal subject matter experts and vendor ecosystems, to deliver relevant and impactful training programs.

  Track and analyse the results of training programs, identifying areas of success and areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments.

  Develop and execute the L&D budget and plan.

  Manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  Create and maintain client collaterals on talent development, showcasing our expertise during client visits.

  
  

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Q ualifications / Skills

• 
  

  Graduate/ post-graduate in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  
  

• 
  

  Prior experience in IT services delivery is essential.

  
  

• 
  

  Relevant years of experience leading tech training and workforce transformation programs.

  Ability to analyse and understand data, tech, and AI skills, enabling effective communication with senior technical professionals.
