Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. With your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Analyze user needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.

Design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team.

Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

Strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns.

Experience in designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.

Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Experience with Oracle Database and SQL.

Knowledge of web services and API development.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
