Summary:MSS Solutioning Lead/ Lead Solution Architect / Domain SME is responsible for offering development, positioning, technical build oversight, sales and deployment of security solutions in collaboration with project teams and close collaborations with the Central IM / Cyber teams. The role will be core member of security as a service practice team driving growth and adoption.
Roles & Responsibilities:o Offering GTM design, pricing, partner evaluation and market developmento Accountability for sales /solutioning / delivery support of engagements/projects for global clientso Development and execution of plans to grow the practice Pipeline, Revenue, depth of skills/ talent and expertise in offeringso Collaborate with Leads across practices and in market units to increase the uptake/embedding of offeringso Develop/enhance GTM actions to increase the penetration of offerings in new and existing clientso Thought leadership and industry/ Analyst positioningo Represent in internal and external brand development activitieso Review and support to shape, strategic sales opportunitieso Maintain operational rigor for solution development, sales performance o Team and development management o Be part of the deployment in client engagement as needed o Passion for hands on work in cybersecurity while being in a lead role
Professional & Technical Skills:

18 -25 years Industry experience, predominantly in Cybersecurity, Automation, Client facing solutioning and sales, deployment experience

Industry leading certifications- CISSP, CISM, CRISC.

Executive presence and articulation - to engage with global CISO/client & internal stakeholders

Good communication and articulation on Security topics, with security and non-security stakeholders

Proven experience and career record of managing a practice, accountable for business metrics for growth e.g talent, offerings development etc. And experience in client engagement delivery and active contributor to thought leadership

Conceptualize asset and platform lead business / Partner Solutions

Good understanding of modern technology and Platform architecture

Depth in one or more areas from below: Cybersecurity Enterprise services and observability, IAM, Cloud security, Attack Surface Management, SOCAdditional Information:o This Position is based out of Bangalore/ Mumbai/ PuneEducational Qualification:o A bachelor's in engineering or relevant field is required.QualificationsBachelors in Engineering or relevant field
