Team building & motivating assigned call handling staff towards sustained achievement of performance standards and Unit goals and ensuring minimal attrition.

Ensuring assigned teams compliance to laid down processes and guidelines.

So that, excellent customer service, optimum productivity and efficiency of the team members are achieved.

Preferred candidate profile:

1.Candidates with Prior Customer Service Background are preferred.

2.We are looking for experienced candidates with good Communication Skill to handle Inbound calls.

Requirement:

1.Customer support experience

2.Inbound calls experience

3.Communication must(English)

4.Languages known Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kanada are preferable

5.Ok to work for rotational shifts & Holiday working(Comp Off will be provided)
