We are seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WordPress, proficiency in Python for both front-end and back-end development, solid SEO knowledge, and experience working with bulk data in MySQL and MS SQL databases. Responsibilities:
WordPress Development (PHP): Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and websites to ensure smooth interactions with the database.
Python Development: Work on both front-end and back-end development using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) for web applications.
SEO Optimization: Ensure that websites are optimized for search engines (SEO), improving site rankings through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Database Management: Manage and optimize MySQL and MS SQL databases. Experience in working with large datasets (bulk data).
API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services into websites and applications.
Code Optimization: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on high performance.
Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update websites, fix bugs, and ensure websites are running smoothly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality and responsive web designs.
Client Interaction: Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a Website Developer or similar role.
WordPress: Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development, customization, and troubleshooting.
Python: Proficiency in Python, with experience in both front-end and back-end web development (using frameworks like Django or Flask).
SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page SEO, and optimization for speed and performance.
Databases: Hands-on experience with MySQL and MS SQL databases, especially in handling bulk data.
Front-end Technologies: Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Responsive Design: Ability to create websites that are mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Django/Flask for Python web development.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience in website performance optimization (e.g., caching, image optimization).
Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies.
