Inviting applications for the role of (AP) Process Developer

Responsibilities
Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order invoices as per the established process
Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts
Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders
Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports
Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

2 to 3 years Relevant work experience in AP preferably in any manufacturing industry
Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English
Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP
Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
