Key Responsibilities

• Business Support closely working with Users of Audit applications from ASPAC, EMA, and US regions.


• The team will be supporting engagement teams for the effective use of audit applications in line with the new methodology changes.


• Provide support/ solutions with level 2 tickets raised from member firm / central team in accordance with the Business Support Plan.


• Responsible for providing business workarounds and resolving issues via connected sessions/emails to countries.


• For complex Business tickets, provide detailed explanations, escalate to business heads/track leads and aid assistance till the closure of the business ticket


• Participate in ad-hoc business support activities, including reporting, monitoring, and smoke-testing environments prior to releases.


• Log bugs / enhancements.


• Collect feedback and communicate with the respective track owners as per the support plan.


• Maintain and promote the highest standards of data integrity


• Ensure timely responses to business tickets in adherences to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


• Operate a 24/7 support team, including national holidays, staffed with skilled professionals to offer functional expertise to countries.


• Commit to delivering high-quality service aligned with Business Support guidelines.

Skill set / Experience Required

• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles and terminology.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting or auditing field.


• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master s degree in Audit, Accounting, or Commerce, or an MBA with Finance or Accounting.
