The Finance and Admin Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the finance and administration departments. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management, accounting practices, and administrative support within a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with or be eager to learn financial tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support:
Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
Support the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
Help in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring using financial software.
Track payables and receivables
Administrative Assistance:
Provide support in organising and maintaining office files and documentation.
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
Liaison with government agencies, banks etc
Other Duties:
Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance or Admin Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: B.com/M.com
Skills:
Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
