Supervise IT Operations: Assist in managing the IT operations team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.

Provide leadership and guidance to the IT operations team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
Security Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with security policies and procedures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Implement and manage security measures to protect data and IT infrastructure.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues escalated by the IT support team.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are preferred.
Deep understanding go ITSM and IT service operations Management.
Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices,
Experience in vendor and contract management.
