Role: Application Support Engineer - SQL
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Kolkata / Chennai / Delhi / Ahmedabad / Cochin
NP: Immediate to 10 Days

Skill set:

Computer science graduates (B. Sc IT/ BCA/B.E/B. Tech) or science graduates with diploma/ certification in computer skills from a reputed institute. Such resources should also have 3 years of experience in IT systems.
Must have experience of any incident management tool.
Must have experience in providing support to applications on a functional and technical basis.
Must have strong knowledge of database SQL, PLSQL/MYSQL in writing and executing simple queries

Responsibility:

Provide hand-holding support to users at multiple locations pertinent to application usage and troubleshooting.
Provide resolutions to tickets assigned to them and work cohesively with the user at the location (who has raised the ticket) and central support team.
Provide weekly report to the support lead regarding updates on ticket resolved, pending, RCA performed on critical tickets and queries raised during entire support operations.
Log incident or report on behalf of any Customs officer.
Troubleshoot basic infra related or any connectivity issue faced at the user site.
Ensure complete support on installation, operation and maintenance activities as and when required for application.
