- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, including initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and strategies.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
- Strong screening and interviewing techniques.
- Negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Knowledge of IT technical skills and terminology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance and EEO guidelines.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
