Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new clients and projects in the IT infrastructure space, focusing on Data Center & Managed Services.
Market Analysis: Identify potential clients within the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions and develop targeted sales strategies to effectively reach and engage with them.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Computer Networking, Firewalls, Servers, and other IT infrastructure components to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.
Solution Selling: Promote and sell SAAS-based products such as ITSM, IAM, and Cybersecurity Tools by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Cloud Infrastructure: Identify opportunities for cloud services (AWS, Azure) adoption among clients, analyze their existing infrastructure, and propose suitable cloud solutions to meet their business requirements.
Tender Participation: Engage in Government and Private sector tenders, understanding the procurement requirements and identifying necessary Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to fulfill tender specifications.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations of SAAS-based products, collaborating with OEM team members to showcase product features and benefits to potential clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and support OEM products (Networking, Computing, Security).
- Assist with AMC/FMS solutions for client accounts.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Work with databases to manage product data and client information.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing within the IT infrastructure domain, with a track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
Strong technical knowledge of Computer Networking, Firewall's, Servers, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Experience in solution selling, particularly with SAAS-based products such as ITSM, IAM, and Cybersecurity Tools.
Familiarity with the sales process for Data Center & Managed Services, including understanding client requirements, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and develop targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
Analog and Digital Cameras configuration and maintenance, setting up DVR and MVR with required networking components.
*Required Skills:*
- 1-3 years of experience in managing databases and working with OEM products.
- Knowledge of Networking, Security, and Computing solutions.
- Familiarity with VMware and other related technologies.
