We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. If you have a proven track record in recruiting and are passionate about finding the right candidates, especially with experience working with Wipro, TCS, HCL & Deloitte is a plus, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
3-5 years of experience in Domestic staffing.
Must have experience working with the Implementation partners requirements.
Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Experience:

• Good Communication Skills.
• Experience working with Wipro, TCS, HCL & Deloitte is highly desirable.
